Postal charge of £2.00 on orders up to £20.00 despatched within the UK
Postal charge of £3.00 on orders up to £40.00 despatched within the UK
FREE UK delivery on all orders over £40.00
All UK orders placed before 1.30pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same working day (except for Bank Holidays and Weekends)
Orders placed after 1.30pm will be sent the next working day.
All goods are shipped in plain discreet packaging direct from our own Warehouse in Shropshire UK
All goods are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery.
You should receive your order within 2-5 working days. (Most customers receive their orders the very next day)
All parcels will require your signature on receipt. If no-one is available to sign for your delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card advising that you may collect your package from your local depot. Please do so within 7 days or the goods will be returned to Erozone and a reshipping charge of £3.00 will apply.
Guaranteed next day UK delivery before 1pm - If you require this service, please request this in the comments box. Your goods will be sent via the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. There will be a charge of £6.95 for weight up to 2kg
Mainland Europe - Delivery time approximate 3-10 working days and delivery costs £10.00
Outside Europe - Delivery time approx. 7-21 working days, please contact Erozone for delivery costs.
Customers are responsible for the goods imported into their country and must obeyed by their countries importing regulations.

Returns
- You may cancel your order within 7 working days for a full refund by advising us by e-mail: sales@erozone.co.uk Fax: 01743 718114 or Tel: 01743 718123 between the hours 9am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday
- If your order has already been despatched and you wish to return any item(s) for a refund, exchange or credit, please contact us by e-mail: sales@erozone.co.uk Fax: 01743 718114 or Tel: 01743 718123 for a returns number, item(s) sent back without a returns number will not be accepted and a reshipping charge of £3.00 will apply.
- Please make sure you return any item(s) unused and in their original condition and packaging together with your receipt and returns number within 14 days of delivery to Erozone Dorrington Business Park, Shrewsbury, Shropshire SY5 7JP UK.
Refunds (minus postal charge) will normally be within 5-10 working days. For exchange of goods a reshipping charge of £3.00 will apply.
- Please keep proof of posting, as we will not be responsible for any returns that are lost in transit.
- For reasons of hygiene, adult toys that are not heat sealed, creams, lubricants, latex, briefs and speciality items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- If we suspect that returned goods have been used, are not in the original condition and packaging, or any of the above conditions are not met, then we reserve the right to return the goods to you and a reshipping charge of £3.00 will apply.
- All goods are checked before leaving our Distribution Centre in Shropshire UK. However if upon receipt the item is faulty due to a manufacturers defect please notify us by e-mail: sales@erozone.co.uk Fax: 01743 718114 or Tel: 01743 718123 for a returns number. Return the faulty product together with your receipt and returns number within 14 days of delivery and we will usually offer a replacement without charge.
